Notice has been given that the Assessor for the Town of Spencer has completed the Tentative Assessment roll for the current year(2024); and a copy has ben left with the Town Clerk at 79 East Tioga Street, Spencer, NY 14883 where it can be seen and examined by any interested person.
The Assessor will be in attendance of said roll on the following dates by phone only:
> May 11, 2024 - 8am-noon by phone only (315-391-8323)
> May 13, 2024 - 4pm-8pm by phone only
> May 24, 2024 - 8am-noon by phone only
> Wednesday May 29th, 2024 in person at the Town Hall from noon -
4pm.
On Wednesday May 24th, 2024 from 4pm-8pm, the Assessment Review Board will meet at 79 East Tioga Street Spencer, NY 14883 in Spencer to hear and examine all written filed complaints in relation to such assessments, on the Application of any such person conceiving himself/herself aggrieved.
