• Receiving estimates for material to maintain roads for presentation to the town board for approval.

• Receiving estimates for equipment purchase to present to the town board for approval. 

• Forwarding worked hours of the employees to the town supervisor and/or the bookkeeper. 

• Preparing vouchers for the town clerk in order to pay expenses incurred.
